The 9,600 square foot building is a complete renovation of an existing structure which houses multiple tenants.  Brick veneer was added to the overall building with new windows throughout.  The 7,340 square foot unit includes a spacious entrance lobby and reception area, a large conference room with floor to ceiling windows, a small conference room, a large open office area with several private offices, and kitchenette.  The floor plan and building design take advantage of the high existing ceiling structure.  The 2,260 square foot unit includes a lobby and reception area, conference room, several private offices and kitchenette.  Each has a separate entrance.  The Architectural services included Site Planning, Programming, Architectural Design, Interior Design and Construction Administration by Shelane Buehler, AIA while a partner at another firm.
