GANNON UNIVERSITY SOUTH HALL

The South Hall Renovation project included the design and renovation of the existing 39,120 square foot four story building with a basement. The facility was configured to accommodate single and multi-student suites. Occupants will enjoy private bedrooms and bathrooms. South Hall offers practical conveniences, namely kitchens on each floor and laundry appliances in the building’s lower level, parking spaces and optional private storage areas. The fourth-floor community lounge offers four functional garage doors that will open in the warm months. The renovation included upgrades and or replacements of various mechanical and electrical systems and new technology to better serve the needs of the students.
