Presque Isle Downs Thoroughbred Horse Race Track

The Presque Isle Downs thoroughbred horse race track is a one mile oval race track designed for the synthetic “Tapeta” surface.  Racing fans can enjoy premier views along the race track, tote board and finish line from the apron.  The Paddock arena is located adjacent to the race track and the apron.  The Architectural Services included Feasibility Study, Site Planning, Architectural Design and Construction Administration by Shelane Buehler, AIA while a partner at another firm.
